• App Content & Proprietary Code: All software code, dynamic visual interface designs, algorithms, logos, graphics, brand names, and original written text contained within Rose Mahjong are the exclusive property of Rose Mahjong and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Third-Party Trademarks & Rule Compatibility:"National Mah Jongg League" and "NMJL" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Rose Mahjong makes no claim of ownership over third-party trademarks or proprietary card designs. The functional tile matrices, uncopyrightable rule logic, and combination calculations provided within the Service are independently developed for educational, training, and compatibility purposes under nominative fair use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Rose Mahjong for personal, non-commercial entertainment and training purposes on supported personal devices.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Modify, duplicate, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the application interface or Service features.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits to interfere with gameplay, server infrastructure, or online multiplayer features.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Rose Mahjong does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated hand-matching algorithms will be binding in live, official tournament play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
